Mr. Freeman and Mr. Suggs are <br />completing the terms previously filled by Frank Clifton and Ame Fennel. <br /> <br /> Cabarms County will need to make a new appointment, or may re-appoint Mr. <br />Freeman and Mr. Si~ggs, to the Board of Directors prior to June 20, 2003.
