On that same date, the Harrisburg Planning & Zoning <br />Commission approved a second section of Hammermill that is in Harrisburg's <br />extraterritorial jurisdiction with the condition that the Board of Commissioners approve a <br />Consent Agreement that also includes the Harrisburg section.
