At 8:28 p.m~ Chairman Freeman opene~ the public hearing to consider Petition C2003-02(~) to amend the Zoning Ordinance to regulate the size and placement of acceaspry buildings. The Public Hearing Notice was published in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUN~ on July 10 and 20, 2003. Mr. Lon Joha~sen spoke in support of the proposed amendment, stating the proposed regulations would be fair to everyone.
