CommissiOner Carruth cited concerns about the growth in the county, <br />the lack of funding to build new schools and the continued approval of new <br />subdivisions. The <br />development is spll: between the Town of Harrisburg and Caberrus County's <br />planning jurisdicti~n with 53 proposed lots in Cabarrus County and 95 <br />proposed lots in the Town's Jurisdiction. The Planning and Zontn9 Commission <br />unanimously approve( that part of the subdivision located in the County's <br />Jurisdiction on June 19, 2003, with the condition that the Board of <br />Commissioners accep': the Consent Agreement.
