The contractual <br />'ill provide for a financial incentive grant based upon the level of room revenues and <br />enerated within the project for a period of up to five full years. The County will <br />,idea financial inducement to the developer of hotel/conference projects that meet <br />~tablished within the guidelines of the H/CCDI Grant Program. <br /> <br />will be considered on an individual basis using guidelines established under the <br />the Board of Commissioners.
