LYING and being in Number Three (3) Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, south of but not adjoining the Highway 73, also known as Davidson Highway, adjoining the property of Teresa B. Eudy, now or formerly (Book 1098, page 259) Cabarms County, now or formerly (Book 1615, page 265), F.F. Allison Heirs, now or formerly (PIN # 4691-16-3612) and the Laura J. Larrabee Property as shown in Map Book 27, page 4 Cabarrus county Registry and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an existing ½" iron rod, the northwest comer of Teresa B. Eudy, as noted above; thence with the line of Eudy S. 29-52-13 E. 940.76 feet to an existing iron pin by a stone a comer of Cabarrus County as noted above; thence with the line of Cabarrus County S. 28-05-15 W. 357.78 feet to an existing ½" iron rod, a comer or the F.F. Allison Heirs, as noted above; thence the following two (2) lines with the F.F. Allison Heirs: (1) S. 28-03-57 W. 495.60 feet to an existing nail; and (2) S. 89-54-54 W. 379.70 feet to an existing 3A" iron rod, a comer of Tract 4 of the Laura J. Larrabee Property; thence with Tracts 4, 3 and 2 of the Laura J. Larrabee Property N. 20-59-53 W. 1238.03 feet to an existing ½" iron rod, in the line Cabarms County, now or formerly (Book 778, page73); thence the following seven (7) lines with Cabarrus County: 1) N. 84-39-11 E. 79.48 feet to an existing ½" iron rod; 2) N. 20-29-09 W. 119.10 feet to a nail by an existing ½" rod; 3) N. 34-25-32 E. 100.20 feet to an existing ½" iron rod; 4) N. 56-20-25 E. 165.19 feet to an existing ½" iron rod; 5) N. 40-20-10 E. 185.92 feet to an existing ½" iron rod; 6) S. 68-29-20 E. 259.02 feet to an existing ½" iron rod; and 7) N. 65-46-21 E. 179.30 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 28.696 acres more or less, as platted and surveyed by Mel G.
