ORDER <br /> <br />ADOPTING FINAL 2004 PRESENT USE SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br />FOR <br />2004 COUNTY-WIDE REVALUATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to G.S. 105-286, Cabarrus County will reappraise all real property in <br /> accordance with the provisions of G.S. 105-283 and G.S. 105-317; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 105-317, the County Assessor for Cabarrus <br />County has submitted proposed uniform schedule of values, standards, and roles and present use <br />values to the County Commissioners, which proposed schedules have been considered at a public <br />heating; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a notice has been published in The Independent Tribune of the submission to <br />the Board of Commissioners of the proposed schedules and the notice of public hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has adopted the final schedules, pursuant to the <br />provisions of G.S. 105-317; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the final present-use value schedule <br />attached to this Order be approved for use in appraising real property at its present use value as of <br />January 1, 2004. A notice of the adoption of this Order shall be published once a week for four <br />successive weeks in The Independent Tribune, and <br /> <br /> <br />
