Our only <br />concern is to make sure that all roads within the subdivision meet the minimum requirement <br />of a 150' centerline radius. The proposed location of the driveways has sufficient sight <br />distance given that the embankment to the west of the entrance for phase two is cut back. <br />This will serve as preliminary approval, however driveway permits and subdivision plans <br />must be submitted and approved.
