Scott Hayworth: <br /> <br />The Average Daily Population (ADP) for November: 199.7 <br />The Average Daily Population (ADP) for December: 203.2 <br /> <br />The peak for November: 218 <br />The peak for December: 209 <br /> <br />The consultant is currently interviewing staff at the Sheriff's department, jail, Clerk of Court, and <br />courthouse and is assessing the current procedures and protocol that the staff employs on a daily <br />basis. This phase of the project ,is an essential component of the programming and pre-design phase <br />of the project. Additionally, the consultant has begun to accumulate data on potential sites. <br /> <br />On November 19, 2003, County staff attended a meeting with local Concord residents and <br />representatives. The stakeholders who attended this meeting requested information on the following; <br />an update on the progress of this project, potential sites, and how they may be involved in the design <br />phase of the project. The attendees were representatives of the following organizations: Brown Mill <br />Community, Logan Community, City of Concord-Staff, City of Concord- residents, Gibson Village, <br />CDDC, Residents of Historic Concord, and Cabarrus County Regional Chamber. <br /> <br /> <br />
