I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Rick Stancil <br /> <br />James Ricky Stancil (Rick)-began his career on October 1, 1972 and served <br />29 years and 3 months until his retirement in December. During his career <br />at the Sheriff's Office, he served in the patrol division, communications <br />division, civil division, bailiff division, and jail divisions. <br /> <br />Rick received his associate's degree in criminal justice from Central <br />Piedmont Community College. He has state certifications in Division of <br />Criminal Information/NCIC and also Chemical Analysis of breathalyzer <br />certification. <br /> <br />He is a lifelong resident of Cabarrus County and graduated from Central <br />Cabarrus High School in 1968. <br /> <br />He and his wife, Annette, have been married for 30 years and she is <br />employed with the City of Concord in the Finance/Billing Department. His <br />son, Brian; is employed with the City of Concord in the Buildings and <br />Grounds department Brian also served 4 years in the U.S. Navy. His <br />daughter, Stacey, is a registered nurse at Northeast Medical Center on the <br />Post Surgical 1. He has a two-year-old grandson, Peyton. <br /> <br /> <br />
