A topographic map <br /> <br />Provide two copies .of the 1:24,000 United States Geological Service (USGS) topographic map (or map <br />portions., clearly marked with USGS quad name) which shows your complete project site. Indicate the <br />project boundaries clearly on both the maps. <br /> <br />A site map <br /> <br />Provide one copy of a site map of the project itself. The map must have a scale and a north arrow, and <br />the route of the proposed trail or location of the trail facilities must be clearly indicated. If the project <br />involves a combination of new trail construction and trail maintenance/restoration, the locations of these <br />two activities must be clearly marked along the length' of the trail on the site plan. <br /> <br />A project description sheet <br /> <br />The attached description sheet will be used to assess the impacts of your project on cultural and natural <br />resources - its accurate completion cannot be overemphasized.
