He has requested authorization for two positions and reclassification of one <br />existing position at this time. Board approval is necessary in order to start the advertising and hiring <br />process to meet the facility's operation goals. <br /> <br />New Positions: <br /> Operations Manager, Grade 70 <br /> Marketing Specialist, Grade 64 <br /> <br />Reclassification (Transition from part time to full time): <br /> Office Assistant, part time, Grade 58 to <br /> Administrative Secretary, full time, Grade 62 <br /> <br />Other Expo staffing that was identified during the retreat will be addressed during the Budget <br />process for 2002-2003. The hiring process for these positions will begin July 1, 2002. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the new positions and the reclassification. The requests are funded within <br />the existing Budget allocations. <br /> <br />I'm available for'any questions. <br /> <br /> <br />
