Pleasant, Harrisburg and Concord Libraries to include funds granted to Cabarrus County by Charles A. Cannon Charitable Trusts REQUESTED ACTION Amend libraries materials budgets(Other Operational G3sts) to include funds granted to Cabarrus County by the Charles A. Cannon Charitable Trusts. These grants prescribe that' these funds may only be used to purchase library materials (books and other media) upon depletion of funds appropriated for the same purpose by Cabarrus County. Regular funds appropriated for this purpose in FY02 will soon be exhausted. The Cannon Trust grant funds will enable the four libraries to purchase library materials media during the remaider of FY02.
