Documents to the Owner, any Project budget or fixed 1/mit of Construction Cost shall be adjusted to reflect changes in the general

<br />5.2.4 If the lowest responsive proposal by a responsive contractor(s) satisfactory_ to the Owner for construction of the Project
<br />exceeds the "fixed limit" of Construction Cost as defined in subparagraph 5.2.2, then the Architect shall, at its sole cost and
<br />expense, revise the drawings and specifications in conjunction with the Owner to reduce or modify the quality or quantity, or
