Sets of documents necessary_ for coordination between Architect and various consulting engineers will <br />be paid by Architect as part of its Basic Compensation. If the ~e ~dally established ~ subpara~aph 11.5.1 is exceeded or extended <br />~0ugh no hult of ~e Architect, the Architecfs compensation shall be equitably adjusted for ~y additional se~ices reofiired as <br />a result of such t~e berg exceeded or extended. <br /> <br />10.3.4 When compensation is based on a percentage of Construction Cost and any portions of thc Project are deleted or <br />otherwise not constructed, compensation for those portions of the Project shall be payable to the extent services are performed on <br />those portions, in accordance with the schedule set forth in Subparagraph 11.2.2, based on (1) thc lowest bona fide bid or <br />negotiated proposal, or (2) if no such bid or proposal is received, thc most recent preliminary estimate of Construction Cost or <br />detailed estimate of Construction Cost for such portions of the Project. as limited by the "fixed limit" of Construction Cost set <br />forth in paragraph 5.2.2. <br /> <br />10.4 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Payments on account of the Architect's Additional Services and for Reimbursable Expenses shall be made monthly upon <br />presentation of the Architect's statement of services rendered or expenses incurred. <br /> <br />Insert Q: 10.4.1 The Architect shall present each month a statement of Additional Services rendered and Reimbursable <br />Expenses incurred for the preceding month. The Architect expressly waives any right to payment for any Additional <br />Services rendered if the Architect does not give written notice of its (;laim that the services are additional within 90 days of <br />rendering the services and if such services are not billed as Additional Services within 90 days after the services are <br />rendered. <br /> <br />10.5 PAYMENTS WITHHELD <br />No deductions shall be made from the Architect's compensation on account of penalty, liquidated damages or other sums <br />withheld from payments to contractors, or on account of the cost of changes in the Work other than those for which the Architect <br />has been adj'_'~ged tc be liable is responsible. <br /> <br />10.6 ARCHITECT'S ACCOUNTING RECORDS <br />Records of Reimbursable Expenses and expenses pertaining to Additional Services and services performed on the basis of hourly <br />rates or a multiple of Direct Personnel Expense shall be available to the Owner or the Owner's authorized representative at <br />mutually convenient times.
