Everyone at !ntelli-Mark is extremely excited about working with Cabarrus County on the Arena project. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate a portion of our technology to the group. As Mark Chappuis and Frank Clifton discovered as they carefully evaluated all major ticketing systems for your facility, our North Carolina-built technology is not only the most effective in the industry, but also the most affordable for your tax payers. Simply put, our convenience fees are about 1/3 the industry average and will provide patrons with unparalleled ticket buying convenience and savings. Ben Wingrove and Mark Chappuis have been carefully working on this project since last November. On February 5, ! was pleased and excited to receive and sign the terms agreement as proposed by Frank Clifton, which stated that we have reached an agreement in principle. We invision the Etix Arena as the "Crown Jewel" of our achievements as the leader in print-at home ticketing. As the showcase piece for our partners and prospective partners, the Etix Arena will always enjoy first-mover advantage in utilizing the latest in ticketing technology. Of course, the Etix Arena will also be provided with the Etix box-office system for walk-up customers as well as the Etix phone center as well as all other Etix modules. We invision our role with Cabarrus County as a true long-term partnership. We plan on being involved in promoting a series of concerts at the arena. We plan on testing our latest technology at the arena, giving it first-mover status in the events industry. Our attendance-based naming rights royalty will provide Cabarrus County with a steady revenue stream for the next decade at a level unobtainable from a traditional naming rights arrangement. !n closing, You are gaining a naming rights partner that is in the same business as you as well as one which calls North Carolina home.
