The ]~ntelli-MarkTM is like a digital fingerprint of the transsction and can contain vast amounts of data - everything from show, seat and row the ticket is good for, to the name, address, and telephone number of the purchaser. The [ntelli- MarkTM enables "print-at-home" or "print-on-demand" of a vast range 'of documents including event tickets, travel tickets, and other redeemable vouchers. Delivery is not limited to paper documents, as [ntelli-lVlark solutions are compatible with wireless devices. Print-At-Home or Print-On-Demand Delivery Tntelli-Mark's system was the first to enable customers to print their tickets or value-bearing documents at home or on demand. With our technology, customers can print their tickets at home, office or anywhere they have an Internet connection and a printer. In addition, the secure Intelli-Mark technology allows tickets to be delivered via email. Lost tickets can be cancelled and replaced, with no inconvenience to the customer and no security risk to the seller. Dynamic Transaction Protocol The Dynamic Transaction Protocol ("DTP") provides a flexible means of transmitting value/information across various wired and wireless networks and via paper documents. DTP consists of two components - a transport section and a message section. The transport section contains the message length and an indication of the encryption scheme used to encrypt the message. The message section contains a digital signature and a message (data about the document). The message is in XML format, an open source standard for communicating data among various wired and wireless networks. Because it uses XML, it allows for changing the information in the message, as well as the type of information in the message. For example, we can encode purchaser name/address, section, row, and seat for a ticket, or encode a digital representation of a person's signature on a shipping document. This ability to change the type of information in the message allows the same protocol to be used across multiple applications. Using DTP, our system builds [ntelli-Marks with varying capacities and security levels on the fly, thereby enabling the creation and delivery of a ticket, gift certificate, or license with the same protocol. This creates infinite scalability as each document type does not require a separate customized protocol. Tt also dramatically lowers programming and maintenance costs, as all solutions are served by one system.
