<br /> This agreement (the "Agreement") dated as of February 13, 2002, is by and between
<br /> [Infinity Radio Holdings Inc., d/b/a] WSOC FM 103.7, Sports]Radio 610 Wl~NZ, located at 1520 South Blvd.i
<br /> Suite # 300, Charlotte, NC 2~203, and WN'KS, KIgS 95.1, WSSS STAR 104.7, located at '4015 Stuart Andrew
<br /> Blvd., Charlotte, NC 29217, "Infinity" and The Cabarru~ Arena & Events Center at the Expo l~ark
<br />__("Spenser'r), located at 1~.O. Box 707 Concord, NC 28026, with respect to advertising, promotional and
<br /> sp~ns~rs~p.~s~rvi~es~f~r~.~n~.er...t:-e~v.e..nis~.tradesh~ws:and:~n~enti~s:(~th~:`.`Event~)~hedu~ed~...-take:.~a~emn. ...................
<br /> September 16, 200g-September 15, 2003 at The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center at the Expo Park ("Venue").
<br />
<br /> 1. Term. The term of this Agreement (the "Terra~) shall begin as of the date set forth above and
<br /> -continue through the later of conclusion of the last Event, which is currently scheduled for September 2003, or
<br /> the date on which all obhgations of the parties set forth herein have been fulfilled. Due to the promotional
<br /> nature of this Agreement, the parties agree that this Agreement is firm and non-cancelable by Sponsor.

<br /> 2. WSOC FIVI 103.7, Sportsl~adio 610 WFNZ, ~rN'KS, R-IRS 95.1, and WSS~ STAR 104.7's,
<br /> "lnfin/tv" Resp. ons~ilifie~s. WSOC FM 103.7, SportsRadio 610 WFNZ, WNKS, KISS 95.1, ..
<br /> and WSSS, STAR 104.7 agree that it shall be responsible foe"the following:
<br />
<br /> Each Radio Station will feature the Cabarms Arena & Events Center at the Expo Park logo
<br /> and event schedule on each station website for the duration of the Agreement, September
<br /> 16, 2002-September 15, 2003.
<br /> The Cabarms Arena & Events Center will receive a minimum total of ~ty (50) on-air
<br /> promotional axmouncemen/s, per show, from WSOC FM t03.7, WNKS, KISS 95.1, WSSS,
<br /> STAR 104.7, and Sport~Radio 610 WFNZ, per mutually agreed upon show and based upon
<br /> the booked event schedule at the venue, and as it pertaim to each individual radio station.
<br /> Dates these fifty (50) on-air promotional a,~ouncements will nm: To Be Determined by all
<br /> parties, depending upon date/type of scheduled event.
<br /> Each Radio station wil/provide a two-hour 1/ye broadcast the day or night of the scheduled
<br /> event that pertains to each individual station and event show at the venue.
<br /> D. Each Radio station to provide one (1) 10xl 0 table for set-up at the venue, a minimum of ten
<br /> (15) station vinyl or plastic banners on a roll signage to decorate Arena prior to event,
<br /> station prom/urn items for on-site giveaways, (Each radio station number of premium items
<br /> may var3, dep.ending upon availability) registration materiak, broadcast tmclcs, inflatable
<br /> signage, on-mr talent, and any.technical equipment needed for the broadcast.
<br /> E. Each Radio Station will set-up and tear down any disposable sitmage necessary for spebific
<br /> event. ~
<br /> F. Each station to execute "Main Stage" Crowd weloomes prior to start of the show, when
<br /> applicable and upon show promoter's approval.
<br /> Infi,~ity Broadcasting Radio Stations permitted to fie-in 3~ party sponsor~ and vendors so
<br /> long ~ these 3rd party tie-ins do not conflict with any pre-existing exclusive Cabamas
<br /> .Arena & Events Center sponsors/vendors.
<br /> In the event that there is a scheduled show at the venue that would not match-up with any of
<br /> the formats of the Inffmity Broadcasting Radio Stafiom, WSOC FM 10g.7, WNI($, ICIS8
<br /> 95.1, WSSS STAR 104.7, and SportsRadio 610 WFNZ, Infinity Broadcasting shall decline ·
<br /> the right to promote the event and give Cabarms Arena &Bvents Center the opportunity to
<br /> utilize other media and/or radio statiom in the Carolinas to promote the event.
