<br />Trademarks. Sponsor hereby grants to WSOC FM 103.7, WNIC, S ICISS 95.1, WSS$ STAR 104.7 and
<br />SportsRadio 610 WFNZ "In£mJty", mad WSOC FM 103.7, WNIiS ICISS 95.1, WSSS STAR 104.7 and.
<br />Sportslladio 610 WFNZ "Infinity" hereby accept,¢ from Sponsor for the Term of this Agreement the right to use
<br />the names, designs, illustrations, logos and tzadem~rlc~ of Sponsor in connection with the promotion of the Event;
<br />provided, however, that WSOC FM 103.7, WNI~.X IQ[SS 9S.1, WSSS STAR 104.7 and Sportsliadio 610 VVFNZ
<br />"Infinity" shall be bound by any restrictions' which Sponsor infortm WSOC FM 103.7, WNK$ KISS 95.1, WSSS
<br />STAR 104.7 and SportsRadio 610 WFNZ "Infmity~ of in advance and in writing.
<br />
<br />Entire Agreement; Choice of Law; Severabili~t. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the
<br />parties and shall supersede any and all other agreements, whether oral or otherwise, between the parties. Amy
<br />amendment or modification of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of
<br />both parties. The Agreement will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of[North
<br />Carolina]. If any term or provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person or circumstance
<br />shall, to any extent be held invalid or unenforceable, the rerns~nder of this Agreement, or the application of
<br />such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those a~ to which it is held invalid or
<br />unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each such term and provision oft. his Agreement shall be valid
<br />and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by lave.

<br />Countemarts. This Agreement may be ~xeouted in one or more counterparts and by facsimile signature, each
<br />of which shall be deemed original, and all of which together will constitute one and/he same instrument
