Each Radio station will provide one (1) 10xl0 table for set-up at the Center, a minimum of ten (10) station vinyl or plastic banners on a roll to decorate the Center prior to the Event, and station premium, items for on- site giveaways. (Each radio station number of premium items may vary depending upon availability). In addition, Infinity will provide registration materials, broadcast trucks, inflatable signage, on-air talent, and any technical equipment needed for the broadcast. Each Lufinity Radio Station will set-up and tear down any disposable signage necessary for the specific Event. Infinity shall be solely and exclusively responsible for any costs for dean up or repair attributable to Infinity's' occupancy of the premises. Each Infinity Radio station will execute "Main Stage" Crowd welcomes prior to start of each Event show, when applicable and upon the Event Promoter's prior approval. Infinity is permitted to include 3ra party Event collaboration parties, so long aa the 3r~ party does not con..,-']ict with any pre-existing exclusive sponsors/vendors, and such third parties are preapproved by the Center Director in writing and in advance, Neither Cabarrus ~or the Center Director shall be required to consider any 3'd party participants that Sponsor or the Center Director deem controversial or represents ideals not generally accepted as in the interest of the general l~ublic or which, in their sole opinion, may be deemed offensive to the general public or deu-imental to a family focused atmosphere. In the. event that there is a scheduled Event that, in Infinity's opinion, does not reasonably coincide with any of the fornaats or audiences of the Infinity Broadcasting Radio Stations, Lufintty may decline the right to promote the Event. Failure of Infi.aity to officially decline within five (5) business days of notification of an Event by Cabarrus, will be automatically deemed a decline by Lufinity m promote such event. Cabarrus will pursue other media and/or radio stations in the Carolinas to promote the Event. 2. Ret~resentatJ.ons and Warranties.
