CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Meeting Date: 4/15/02 Agenda Item <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Authorize the Abandonment of a Portion of Ellenwood Road' <br /> <br />The Board approved a resolution on August 20, 2001, requesting the N.C. Board of Transportation <br />to consider the abandonment of a portion of Ellenwood Road (0.21 mile). The Board of <br />Transportation approved that request at a meeting on November 8, 2001. <br /> <br />The County has now received a request for the abandonment of right-of-way for that portion of the <br />road.
