'The.basis for calculating the ticket fee revenue collected by Etix, (the name <br />for Technol°giesl. ticket sales system) and applied to the naming rights royalty paid to <br />Cabarrus shall be: <br /> <br />'(A) <br /> <br />The $1.00 per ticket plus 5% of face value for all tickets sold via <br />online sales <br />The $2.00 per ticket plus 5% of face value for all tickets sold via <br />telephone sales <br /> <br /> *Etix shall retain the $2.00 per order mailing fee applies to telephone sales, <br /> <br /> 2. The base "floor" for purposes of determining annual.naming rights royalty <br />payments to Cabarrus by Technologies shall be $50,000.00.
