Each pazty fUrther acknowledges and agrees that a breach of those obligations and agreements may result in irreparable and continuing damage to the' other patty for which there will be no adequate remedy at law and agrees that in the event of any breach of said obligations and ~igreements, the other party and its successors and assigns, shah be entitled to injunctive tel/cf, without the necessity of proving actual damages, and to such other and further., relief as is proper in circumatances.
