Pursuant to our conversations, we are <br />excited about the opportunity to partner with you as the ticketing company for the <br />Cabarrus Arena and Events Center. We have been selling tickets throughout the <br />Carolinas for over eleven years with events that range from major stadium shows like <br />The Rolling Stones to small club concerts. Due to our historic sales experience in the <br />market, we have identified selling patterns that can help you prepare and implement your <br />campaign to market your new showpiece of the Carolinas. <br /> <br />Please fred enclosed our updated proposal, reflective of our conversations with respect to <br />your comments on the original submission. Highlights of the respective changes are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />.Hardware (Section 2.1) - This section has been adjusted to reflect the need for further <br />discussion on your box office needs in addition to your desire roi- access control <br />scanners that will enable your customerS to print tickets from the comforts of their <br />home or office. <br /> <br />Customer Convenience Charges & Royalties (Section 6.2 & 6.4) - Customer· <br />Convenience Charges have been specified by ticket price level and the per ticket <br />Royalties (payable to Principal) have been specified as well, thus establishing an <br />additional revenue stream for your facility.' <br /> <br />Please review the enclosed updated proposal and feel free to contact me with any <br />questions or concerns you may have.
