NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC RELATIVE TO CABARRUS COUNTY'S <br />INTENT OF AWARDING A CONTRACT TO <br /> CLARIN/UNIVERSAL EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR <br /> FOLDING METAL CHAIRS <br /> BY "PIGGYBACKING" A BID AWARDED PREVIOUSLY <br />BY THE RENO-SPARKS CONVENTION & VISITORS AUTHORITY <br /> <br />Pursuant to.North Carolina General Statute 143-129, notice is hereby given that at a <br />regularly scheduled meeting in April 2002, the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus <br />County will consider a request from the Cabarrus County Arena and Events Center to <br />"piggyback" a metal chair bid awarded by the Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitors <br />Authority, Reno, Nevada to Clarin represented by Universal Equipment Company in May <br />2001. <br /> <br />Written inquiries relative to the proposed intent should be directed to: Sherri Barnhardt, <br />Purchasing Agent, P.O.
