Flows Park and Authorization to Rec~est Voluntary, ~u~nexation to =he City of Concord Mr. Steve Little, Parks and Recreation Director, reviewed the proposed Lease and Opera=ions Agreement for the City of Concord to program, manage and maintain W. W. Flows Park for a period of 20 years, with possible extension for a second 20-year period. He estimated the ~otal annual cost for Park operation at approximately $175,000.00. The Concord City Council approved the Agreement on March 28, 2002.
