Freeman (County Commissioner); <br />Frank W.. Clifton, Jr. (County Manager); W. Erwin Spainhour (Judge of Superior Court); Charles <br />O. Hill (Mental Health); Barrett Poppler (District Attorney Designee); and Andrew P. Clement <br />(Criminal Defense Attorney). <br /> <br />Also, the position previoUSly held by Charlotte Kiefer (Community Service Coordinator) is now <br />vacant. This position will not be.filled at this time, as the Community Service Work Program <br />became a part of the Division of Community Corrections on January 1, 2002. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Consider the appointment/reappointment of members to fill the <br />following positions: County Commissioner; County Manager; Judge of Superior Court; Mental <br />Health; District Attorney Designee; and Criminal Defense Attorney.
