Per Section 00800, Article 9.3 of the specifications, the contractor is requesting that <br />the retainage remain fixed at either $824,832.00, or 5% of the contract mount (whichever is <br />greater) for the remainder of the project. We offer no objections to this request. <br /> <br />Could you review this request and advise us (in writing) of your decision. The contractor <br />would like to incorporate any changes into his next payment request.
