Terms are construction progress payments, net <br />upon receipt of invoice. All orders subject to credit approval. <br /> <br />All proposals based on lines to be cleared, graded and property stakes established by customer. Any additions or changes made by customer <br />will be invoiced at the current market price. If rock or concrete is encountered in drilling of holes, price adjustment will be necessao. We will not be <br />responsible for any unmarked underground lines or equipment.
