complaints and questions made or raised by a customer of the Collector. <br /> <br />6.14 Complaints and Service Disputes <br /> <br />The Collector shall respond to customer complaints within 24 hours and will use its best <br />efforts to resolve complaints received from customers and other persons as a result of its <br />operations under this Agreement. Also, the Collector shall fully cooperate with the <br />County in addressing such complaints. <br /> <br />The Collector shall maintain an up-to-date file listing all complaints received and the <br />Collector's response or action taken with respect thereto. Such files shall be made <br />available to the County upon request. <br /> <br />Any disagreements between residential customers regarding service shall be finally <br />decided by the authorized representatives of the COunty or his/her designee within ten <br />(10) days after submittal of such disagreement by the customers or Collector. <br /> <br />6.15 Provision of Information to Subscribers <br /> <br />The Collector will provide written information to subscribers of residential collection <br />service describing methods of collection, types of collection, acceptable material for <br />collection, pick up .schedules and other pertinent information as necessaiy and upon any <br />changes to the collection process or to rates. <br /> <br />At the request of the County, the Collector may distribute information provided bY the <br />County to its subscribers of residential collection service. The County will provide the <br />materials in the format prescribed by the Collector and will reimburse the Collector for <br />the cost of inSerting the materials in an agreed upon quarterly billing. <br /> <br />SECTION 7 - COUNTY RESPONSIRrLITIES <br /> <br />7.1 <br /> <br />Preservation of Rights <br /> <br />Cabarrus County, through its Board of County Commissioners, hereby agrees to take all <br />necessary and suitable resolutions for the protection of the rights, privileges, and property <br />of the Collector. <br /> <br />SECTION 8 - PAYMENT <br /> <br />8.1 Rates <br /> <br />As part of the consideration for the services to be performed by the Collector hereunder, <br />Collector may charge each customer the following sums for the following services: <br /> <br /> <br />
