The Collector shall not deny collection services to any customer requesting such service <br />except as provided herein. In the event of any disputes with a Customer, the County shall <br />make the final determination. <br /> <br />6.3 Residential Collection Service <br /> <br />The Collector shall provide curbside residential refuse collection and disposal service to <br />all residential customers requesting such service. The basic residential service shall <br />consist of the following: <br /> <br />Once per week pick up of one (1) roll-out ninety (90) gallon container <br />Once per week pick up of Bulky Waste <br /> <br />Subscribers must place all refuse in the roll-out container supplied by the Collector. The <br />roll-out container must be placed at the curbside by 7:00 a.m. on the specified collection <br />day. <br /> <br />The Collector will provide additional services such as additional containers, yard waste <br />collection, and pickup of white goods and recycling materials for additional rates and <br />terms as governed by Section 8 of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Residential collection services shall not be conducted before 6:00 a.m. nor after 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />No collections shall be made on Sunday in areas zoned residential. <br /> <br />The owner of a multiple-family dwelling, condominium complexes and mobile home <br />parks may choose either residential or commercial collection and disposal service. In the <br />event an owner or appropriate association shall choose residential service, the residential <br />collection and disposal rate shall apply to each unit. <br /> <br />6.4 Recycling Collection Service <br /> <br />The Board may at any time prior to January 1, 1999, require the Collector, upon sixty <br />days written notice, to provide curbside recycling services to all residential customers <br />receiving residential refuse collection. The recycling collection service shall be once-per- <br />week. The Collector shall supply each customer a fourteen (14) or eighteen (18) gallon <br />bin. Rates for this service shall be governed by Section 8 of this Agreement. <br /> <br />If the Board should request the Collector to provide curbside recycling services beginning <br />after January 1,1999, the rates in Section 8 do not apply and new rates shall be subject to <br />agreement between the County and the Collector. <br /> <br />Materials to be collected and recycled include: newsprint, glass containers, aluminum <br />cans, other metals, and HDPE and PET plastic containers. The recycled materials will <br />become the property of the Collector who shall be responsible for marketing the materials <br /> <br /> <br />
