CURRENT STANDARDS <br />CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> <br />required by this Ordinance. This does not apply to single or two family <br />dwellings. <br /> <br />5. Off-street parking surfaces - Lots of four spaces or more must be paved <br />with either concrete or asphalt Exception: Event parking (i.e. Race Tracks <br />Special Events) - <br /> <br />Requirements for event parking: <br /> 1. gravel travel ways, <br /> 2. sown in grass, and, <br /> 3. dust free. <br /> <br />6. Ratio of compact to standard spaces - Parking areas of more than' twenty, <br />(20) spaces may have. up to forty (40%) percent of the spaces designed to <br />accommodate compact vehicles. These areas shall be designated with signs <br />for Compact vehicles. <br /> <br />7. Siting of off-street parking - All off-street parking must be located within <br />three hundred (300) feet from the main entrance of the.building(s) it serves. ' <br />An exception to this rule is satellite parking desCribed in Section 10-8. <br /> <br />Section 10-6.
