Tim Bullard Retirement <br /> <br /> Tim Bullard began his career at the Cabarrus County SherifFs Office in August of <br />1986 and has provided 16 years °fservice. Prior to serving in Cabarms County, Tim <br />served 1 year as a Private Investigator and 2 years as a Rowan County Deputy. Tim also <br />served in the United States Air Force, where he retired with 20 years service. <br /> <br /> During his years of service with Cabarrus County, Tim has worked in the <br />Communications Division and Dare Division. He received his Advanced Law <br />Enforcement Certificate and DARE Officer of the Year. Tim is a graduate of A.L. <br />Brown High School and received his bachelor's degree through a Distance Program at St. <br />John's University of Louisiana. He is also a member of First Baptist Church in <br />Kannapolis. <br /> <br /> Tim is married to Polly and they have four (4) children and three (3) <br />grandchildren. <br /> <br /> <br />
