Repetitive Loss Data <br /> <br /> Repetitive losses have occurred within the town limits of Harrisburg. Loss payments to <br />date total 88,980 dollars (see Table B-4). There are currently four structures identified as <br />repetitive loss areas. The specific addresses are available through the County Planning and <br />Zoning Services Department. <br /> <br />G. Future Vulnerability <br /> <br /> 1. Future vulnerability is defined as the extent to which people are expected to experience <br />harm and property damage by a hazard event ifproj ected development were to occur. If current <br />development patterns continue in Cabarms County, vulnerability will increase accordingly. <br />Indeed, vulnerability will increase significantly if development occurs in areas susceptible to <br />adverse impacts from natural hazards. <br /> <br /> 2. According to the 2000 Census of Population and Housing, the annual population <br />growth rate for Cabarrus County from 1990-2000 was 32.5%.
