Freeman, Chairman of the Cabarms County Commission, as an <br />official voting member for CEDS. Congressman Hayes's office has suggested that Mr. Freeman <br />be added as a Cabarrus County representative to CEDS. <br /> <br />The County Commission's next meeting will be August 19th, At that time, the Board is expected <br />to confirm Mr. Freeman's appointment.
