Joyner; thence S. 36-21 E. 689.2 feet to a stake at the forks of the branch and a ditch; thence with the line of Joyner S. 54-56 W. 813.3 feet to an iron stake, corner of Joyner; thence S. 32-35 E. 208.8 feet to an iron stake; thence N. 88-01 E. 1,236.6 feet to a cedar stake, thence N. 89-25 E. 1,912.8 feet to a stone; thence N. 7-54 W. 1,717.6 feet along the line of the J. Lee Crowell Estate to a stone, Crowell's comer; thence N. 81-07 W. 1,156 feet to an iron stake; thence with the Crowell Estate Line and the R. A.
