(b) Permits. Permit requests shall be handled as follows: (1) The ~:-- : ~ Public Safety Services Department receives permit requests and permit payments. (2) Application and payment are reviewed to insure tha~ ~he application is complete and correct payment has been received. (3) A ledger entry will contain date, type of permit, address of applicant, check number and amount of check. (4) The permit application is processed by the permit type, any violations are reviewed, and the date of last inspection noted. (5) The permit is signed by th~ fire official for issue.
