Staff will be making <br />application for the Urgent Repair Program at the end of September. We will be able to <br />meet the County's match requirements'for the HOME program through a land transfer to <br />the City of Concord for an affordable housing project, thereby, freeing up the cash <br />contribution that was budgeted.
