· Screen shots and descriptions of the current parcel editing interface <br />· Sample data of the exiting parcel layer and COTT data used in table joins <br /> <br />Project Time Line <br /> <br />ROK Technologies, Inc. estimates the start this project anytime after September 15, 2002. The county has stressed <br />the importance of having the application functional as soon as possible and ROK will make every effort to meet this <br />request. ROK recognizes Notice to Proceed on this project to begin when the county has delivered the required data <br />described in the Data Requirements section of this proposal to ROK and provided a contractual agreement for ROK <br />to perform the work. <br /> <br />ROK estimates the time of development and delivery of the Parcel Data Model to be four weeks from notice to <br />proceed. <br /> <br />ROK estimates the time of development and delivery for the customized ArcGIS interface for parcel editing and <br />maintenance to be three months from notice to proceed. <br /> <br />Upon receipt of final notice of acceptance, ROK Technologies, Inc. will deliver the application installation files, <br />program source code and user documentation to the county. At this time, ROK Technologies, Inc will provide user <br />and programming training to the Land Records Department as described in the Application Requirements and <br />Deliverables section of this proposal. <br /> <br />Professional Effort and Fees <br /> <br />ROK Technologies, Inc. estimates a total cost up to $44,900 to meet the county's requirements for this scope of <br />work, including travel and indirect costs. The following is a breakdown of those hours: <br /> <br />100 hours ~ 110.00/hour -Design and Development of Deliverable 1 <br />266 hours ~ 110.00/hour - Design, Development, Testing and Installation of Deliverable 2 <br />24 hours ~ 110.00/hour - Performance of Deliverable 3 <br /> <br />Travel Costs for testing, installation Md training: Not to exceed $2000 <br /> <br />Cabarrus County will be billed monthly for work completed during the billing period. In the event that it becomes <br />necessary to expand the Scope of Services to include functionality or enhancements that are not included in this <br />proposal, a separate contract will be written as agreed upon by Cabarrus County and ROK Technologies, Inc. <br />Contracts for additional enhancements will be bid at ROK Technologies' Sr. Consultant billing rate for professional <br />services for this project, currently $110.00/hr. <br /> <br /> <br />
