BUYER acknowledges system is 'specially designed and engineered for its use and should .BUYER cancel this sales Agreement after acceptance by SELLER, but prior to the start of installation work, it agrees to pay SELLER a total of one-half (1/2) the total sales price for such equipment as liquidated damages for any and all losses incurred by SELLER.
