$.1 Maintenance Schedule, A maintenance schedule shall.be adopted by the County for the building and grounds located on or within the Park which provides p~ri ~odi¢ maintenance procedures on a daily, weekly and annual basis. Article ~v-I. Miscellaneous 6.0 Effective Date.. This agreement shali be effective when duly approved and executed by and on behalf of the County and the Children's Home. 6.1 Amendments. This agreemeiqt can be amended or otherwise, modified only by mutual agreement and express written consent of the parties. 6.2 Duration. This agreement shall have a duration which runs concurrently with and terminates simultaneously with the Lease contemplated in para,apb 1.1 togeth~'~ with all renewals and extensions thereof. 6.3 Liability. The County agrees to hold harmless the Children's Home from all liability, claims and actions arising out of the use of the Park by the County, its employees and invitees.
