The size of the project is greater then one acre, <br />therefore an erosion and sedimentation control plan must be <br />submitted for review and approval prior to the commencement <br />of any land disturbing activities. <br /> <br />City of Concord Engineering- Adam Dagenhart: The <br />developer must submit a-petition for voluntary annexation. <br />This is necessary for water service. The developer is currently <br />approved for 226 lots under Petition C00-03(S). This approval <br />was granted prior to water restrictions. The remainder of lots <br />will be served when restrictions are lifted. <br /> <br />Cabarrus County Schools- Leonard Campbell: 'No <br />conlments. <br /> <br />NCDOT- Leah Wagner: A center left mm lane will be <br />required on SR 1154, Piney Church Rd. extending the entire <br />distance between the two entrances to the Craft Homes <br />Property.
