First Stop Registrations does not interfere with the Employment <br />Consultants other contracted duties at Cabarms County DSS. <br /> <br />Employment Security Commission: When workload and volume is <br />determined to be significant enough that First Stop is interfering with <br />the contracted ESC staff person located at DSS in fulfilling their <br />regular contracted duties at DSS, the person(s) registering for First <br />Stop will .have the option of: <br />a. waiting until such time as the contracted Employment Consultant is <br /> available to complete the First Stop registration <br />b. going to an ESC office to complete the First Stop registration <br /> <br />DSS shall provide to ESC compensation as follows for ESC's location of <br />the point of registration as set forth above: <br /> There will be no compensation from DSS for First Stop Employment <br /> Assistance Program work registrations. <br /> <br />The term of this Agreement shall begin on July 1, 2002, and shall expire <br />on June 30, 2003. This Agreement may be renegofiated at any time with <br />the consent of the parties hereto. <br /> <br />4.
