An Ordinance Regulating The Use Of the Cabarrus County, North Carolina <br /> Parks and Recreation Facilities (the "Park" or "Parks") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS making available recreational opportunities for citizens of all ages is <br />a subject of general interest and concern, the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br />Cabarrus, North Carolina (the "County") therefore declares that the public good and <br />general welfare of the citizens of the County require adequate and safe recreational <br />facilities and it is the policy of the County to encourage, foster and provide these <br />facilities for all of its citizens and to preserve and protect the public safety, peace, <br />health, comfort, enjoyment, and welfare of all persons while within the limits of. the <br /> <br />Parks. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the County Board of Commissioners ("Board of <br />Commissioners") that the following Chapter 50-1 through 50-18 of the Code of <br /> <br />Ordinances, Cabarrus County, North Carolina supercedes and amends in its entirety <br />Chapter 50-1 through 50-14 of the Code of Ordinances, Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina, adopted on or about June 17,1991, and the below 50-1 through 50-18 sets <br />forth rules and regulations for the use of and conduct in the County Parks (the <br />"Ordinance") that shall apply to all those who use, visit, or enter the Parks on or after <br />the date of adoption, set forth below. <br /> <br />Section 50-1. Construction. <br /> <br /> In the interpretation of this and all succeeding Parks Ordinances, the provisions <br />shall be construed as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Any term in the singular shall include the plural. <br /> <br /> 2. Any term in the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter., <br /> <br /> <br />
