its issuance, pay, as a penalty and in full satisfaction of such violation, the sum or sums <br />set forth herein as such fines may be revised from time to time by the Board of <br />Commissioners and incorporated herein. Failure of such person to render payment of <br />said amount within the time frame specified herein may render such person subject to <br />punishment for a misdemeanor under the State General Statutes. <br /> <br />Section 50-14. Ordinance Violations and Fines. <br /> <br /> 1. Parking violation with corresponding fines are listed below: <br /> <br /> (1) Parking in Handicapped Area $25.00 <br /> (2) Speeding and/or Reckless Driving $25.00 <br /> (3) Parking on Grass $25.00 <br /> (4) Parking on Road Shoulder $25.00 <br /> (5) Parking in Fire Lane $25.00 <br /> (6) Other Parking Violations $25.00 <br />2. <br /> <br /> Violations of Section 5 of this Ordinance, subsections 2, 3, and 4 are also <br />punishable by the appropriate penalties and/or laws governing inland waters as set forth <br />by the State Wildlife Resources Commission ("Wildlife Commission"). Any and all <br />enforcement officers of the Wildlife Commission have full authority to enforce such <br />regulations. <br /> <br /> 3. Violations of all other Ordinance sections may also constitute a <br />misdemeanor pursuant to the applicable State General Statutes and may be punishable <br />by additional fines or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or both. <br />Section 50-15, Other Relief Available. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance may be enforced by an appropriate remedy as authorized by the <br />General Statutes of North Carolina. All enforcement remedies herein are cumulative. <br />Section 50-16. Severability, <br /> <br /> If any provision of this Ordinance or its application to any person or <br />circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> <br /> <br />
