At the graduation ceremonies he was awarded the Edwin M. Gill Award. <br />This award recognizes the involvement and contribution of an individual during the six month course. <br /> <br />Rodger will be presented a plaque at the annual convention of the Association of County <br />Commissioners later this year. <br /> <br />This is one more indication of the quality of County employees and the recognition they bring to <br />Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> <br />
