Cabarrus County Fair <br /> <br /> Members of the Cabarrus County Fair Board participated in the North <br />Carolina Association of Agricultural Fairs annual convention in Greensboro on <br />January 10-12. The Cabarrus County Fair wa..s recognized for its outstanding <br />programs in category 3 which includes al.I fairs in the state with attendance of <br />45,000 and above. They received the 1st place Youth Award, 2nd place overall <br />agricultural fair, and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture Goodness Grows <br />in North Carolina Award. Every year the Cabarrus County Fair works to expand <br />and increase its educational benefit to the community citizens and this recognition <br />by peers continues to highlight these accomplishments. <br /> <br /> <br />
