Consulting Fees <br /> <br />Benchmark, Inc. proposes a not to exceed fee of $ 60,000 to provide administrative <br />services related to the 2001 CDBG Scattered Site Project. The project is anticipated to <br />take approximately thirty (30) months and invoicing for consulting fees can be in thirty (30) <br />equal amounts of $2,000. Services included in the fee are as shown in the Scope of <br />Services and extend through the close of the project. Based upon our work history on <br />projects such as this, we ask that you give special consideration to our experience, <br />technical abilities and familiarity with the services to be provided. Simply going with the <br />Iow bid on a professional contract can be false security, due to the potential for change. <br />order requests from Iow bidders. Instead, for the amount of funds available you should be <br />looking for an experienced firm willing to offer you as many guarantees as possible and <br />a level of service above and beyond other competing firms.
