If Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc. is unable to obtain the serv=ce of one of these providers (N.C. One Call, etc.), then that infozmation for the facility may not appear on the survey by the deadline date and it maT be impossible to provide this information at all. Ad~tionally, Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc. can only be responsible of the accurac~ of the locations "as marked" and not the actual location of the utilities. Ail services will be performed to the Standards of-Practice for Land Surveyors in North Carolina and the mapping will not be prepared in accordance with General Statute 47-30, as amended, for recording. Invoices due after 30 days will increase at the rate of lb% per month.
