Count~ Offices. Cabarms County will house some of its offices in the <br />building thereby making it open to the public during normal business <br />hours. The public shall also be entitled to tour the entire building in <br />such a manner as not to disrupt business. <br /> <br />Auditorium Leasing. Cabarms County will assume responsibility for <br />leasing the auditorium. However, Historic Cabarrus will be permitted <br />to continue the memorial seating sales as a fundraiser for Historic <br />Cabarms. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Displays In Public Areas. The Courthouse main entrance and <br />hallway will continue to have historic pictures on the walls and have <br />showcases with historle artifacts. Placement of pictures, showcases <br />and other items on display shall be at the discretion of the County, in <br />consultation with Historic Cabarms. <br /> <br />6. MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> <br />a. Abandonment. In the event the County abandons the Courthouse, <br /> Historic Cabarms, at its sole discretion, may lease the entire <br /> Courthouse under the same terms and conditions co-ntained in the lease <br /> dated May 10, 2000. <br /> <br />b. Successors and Assigns. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and <br /> be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and <br /> assigns. Paragraph headings are for convenience only and shall not be <br /> deemed a controlling act of this Lease. <br /> <br />c. Paragraph Headings. Paragraph headings are for convenience only <br /> and shall not be deemed a controlling part of this Lease. <br /> <br />Amendment. This Lease supercedes and amends in its entirety the <br />lease by and between the parties dated on or about May 10, 2000, with <br />regard to the subject matter hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
